@GrantDong2 Well there’s also an argument that it goes to the defendant’s character. Sure one incident may seem isolated from another but there’s a lot you can learn about someone from their past deeds and apply it to the current problem

@ashyang_ I think it’s interesting how a lot of people say that humans SHOULD be this or SHOULD be that. We’re just projecting our own moral standards onto others. Existentialism is the basis of existence. I think it’s an -ism ppl pursue for life in the bare minimum
