🚨 Témoignage du Detective qui a retracé le déroulé du meurtre :

- Suivi des 2 voitures (BMW & Infiniti) de la fusillade sur les caméras (L’Infiniti est une voiture volée)

- BMW de Vonni loué chez VEM exotics (portant un traceur)

- Le detective remarque une PHOTO de Durk et du gérant de la boite de location au mur du magasin

- La BMW a été tracée a 2 rues ou a eu lieu la fusillade puis 35 minutes après la fusillade dans un In-N-Out

- 3 personnes entrent dans le In-N-Out pour commander (Dede / Vonni & un homme portant des chaussures ROUGES + un Jean « Rags To Riches » qui n’est vendu que dans 2 boutiques A CHICAGO)

- Ils contactent la Police de Chicago

- La Police de Chicago identifie Dede et donne son instagram a la LAPD

- Ils reconnaissent Jam sur une des photos comme étant l’individu au Jean avec des chaussures ROUGES

- Ils envoient des mandats a toutes les compagnies aériennes, essayant de trouver l’avion ou était Dede

- Ils trouvent Dede sur un vol a destination de SAN DIEGO et non LAX

- Dede voyageait avec Flacka & BronwEyez (les 2 tireurs)

- Ils font les comparaisons avec les vidéosurveillance du meurtre et celles ou on les voit a l’aéroport

- Jam avait TOUJOURS le meme JEAN & CHAUSSURES ROUGES a la fusillade comme au In-N-Out

(le meurtre) :

- A leur arrivée a LA, ils sont directement allés au Level Hotel (ou séjournait QR & Lul Pabb)

- Vonni (BMW blanche) est arrivé vers 21:06 et a commencé a tourner

- Quando Rondo est arrivé aux alentours de 23:44 et sont directement montés

- La BMW (Vonni/Dede) est vu entrain de tourner jusqu’a 1:06 du matin

- Les tueurs eux arrivent en Infinity vers 00:28

- La BMW (Vonni & Dede) se rend a la Villa que Durk a loué du 1er Juillet au 1er Octobre 2022

- Le lendemain, la BMW quitte la maison de Durk a 8:30 et arrive a l’hotel de QR a 9:20

- Les 2 voitures les ont suivi jusqu’a 17:30 (l’heure du meurtre)

- 35 minutes après ➡️ In-N-Out

- Le soir même Vonni et Dede (du moins, la BMW) seraient retournés a la villa de Durk

- Il est aussi dit que Jam rentrera en avion avec les tueurs & Dede

Demain aura lieu le CONTRE INTERROGATOIRE des avocats de Durk.

Lil Durk DAY 3 DEFENSE:

In their opening statements, the defense painted the following picture:

DEFENSE opening statements: 
The defense argued Banks was not the leader and said the evidence will show he wanted to uplift others and provide opportunities. They told the jury that the history leading up to the murder goes long before the prosecution wants the jury to know, highlighting that Kavon Grant and Dayvon Bennett (Nicknamed King Von) were cousins and extremely close. They detailed that Grant managed King Von’s finances, lived with him, and the two even shared a bank account. 
Defense reiterated multiple times the two were close as could be, and said Grant was there when his cousin was shot in 2020.
The defense said one of King Von’s final words to Grant was: “Why did you let me get shot?”
They agreed with the prosecution that this murder was driven by a need for revenge, but said Grant enacted that revenge, not Banks. They stated the texts and messages the prosecution would show as evidence was taken out of context. They highlighted that Banks was not a leader – they further said people did not even listen to him. 
The defense stated that Banks was a successful well-known face, which is why the prosecution was looking to blame him. 
When Grant was approached as a search warrant was being executed at his home, the defense stated, a “lightbulb” came on. 
They said Grant told officials, “Who’s credit card was used?” alleging Grant knowingly used the company card and turned it on Banks when he was pressed. 
The defense said it is confident it will prove to the jury that Grant was the mind behind the operation.

After jurors left, text regarding text between Lil Durk & OTF Jam were discussed. “I want some cars on Cuz,” this is regarding OTF Vonnie giving Jam cars to squash a beef between Jam & India’s cousin. Lil Durk smurked right after this text were read & shook his head up & down.

It simply does not get dumber than people saying Durk snitched on Vonnie. There was a mountain of evidence against Vonnie, and he admitted guilt, and to try and get off, pointed the finger at Durk as the ring leader. That’s not snitching. That is simply acknowledging the reality of an admission of guilt by a code defendant.

People want to compare that to 69 which is crazy because 6ix9ine was a ringleader who they had a mountain of evidence against who then snitched on the people he paid to do the shooting. He got a 5K plea and time served.

There is nothing similar about those situations. People who say they are should be ignored.
