The founder of Coinbase is rumored to have just said: "After years of litigation, millions of your taxpayer dollars spent, and irreparable harm done to the country, we reached an agreement with SEC staff to dismiss their litigation against Coinbase. Once approved by the Commission (which we're told to expect next week) this would be a full dismissal, with $0 in fines paid and zero changes to our business."
I don't use email and neither should you. When people have your email they can abuse you through it. Sometimes they can look up your IP address and try and hack you. They can send you spam, scams, malware, frivolous lawsuits, subpoenas from frivolous lawsuits, impersonate you, get a record of your location history from your ISP tied to the email, billing details too, then bank details, see what country you live in. Basically, if someone you don't like or straight evil, becomes aware of your email address, it's their first step in the door they can use to abuse you other ways.
Perhaps if you must use email, you really really should use an anonymous email so that when they go to annihilate you through it, they don't get anywhere. These same tips and tricks apply to other communication methods as well. The government has been warning you about the steps you should take to protect yourself from hackers foreign and domestic, so you should protect yourself from those risks! Any data evil people get can and will be used against you.
.@realDonaldTrump Awesome Mr. President! SEC, FBI, DOJ, etc, Your president just ordered you to stop the persecution. So you should. He just signed an executive order to protect and promote our ability to develop and deploy code, mine and validate, transact, know our keys, "without persecution." I feel like this order was written to directly benefit me and my people. I pray those that have been doing the persecuting feel the same way, so the benefits are realized.
I'm a leader in this crucial industry: "The digital asset industry plays a crucial role in innovation and economic development in the United States, as well as our Nation’s international leadership."
I'm a hero of promoting the "development and deployment of software:, promoting "participation in mining and validation", promoting transaction on blockchain software. No one promotes knowing your keys (which some call "self-custody.") more than I. No one's projects emphasize running your own code on your own computer, with no middlemen, more than mine.
It would be great to drop a note to the various persecuted people that the status of your investigation or case has changed, so they can enjoy the relief the president issued an executive order to create.
He also banned CBDC's (central bank digital currencies) in the USA, and wants to "protect and promote fair and open access to banking" for law abiding people and projects. Sweet.
I'm not a lawyer, I'm guessing what this means. If the people doing the persecuting didn't think they were persecuting, (which is a different word than prosecuting.) Then someone is going to have to force them to understand that what they're doing is persecution and make them stop, or they'll probably feel their actions aren't affected by this order? Who might one contact to ask the persecution stop?
The President obviously knows that persecution is happening. It's possible some of you doing the persecuting are actually reading this very post. Your president ordered you to stop the persecution. So you must.
Your President understands the importance of what I'm doing, and since you understand it now too, you'll feel great to let us free to make the world a better place.
.@realDonaldTrump is doing a great job. The SEC isn't the only 3 letter agency attacking crypto. The FBI, DOJ and similar agencies internationally have been dealing damage as well. The process is the punishment. Every subpoena they send is a big legal bill for whoever receives it. Often (very often?) the subpoenas are overbroad, unduly burdensome, and other violations. Apparently everyone that receives a subpoena has to individually fight for their rights to not be violated by it, one by one. It has a chilling effect.
When private people try to do lawfare, there's Anti-SLAPP laws https://t.co/2mgIE7pfmt but when a government is doing lawfare against you, it seems like the best path is to ask the president to make it stop?
Donald Trump is an expert on lawfare because he's been on the receiving end of it for years. And he knows that it's not just the SEC is doing it. When agencies allocate resources against innocent people, they're not busy getting bad guys.
Tornado cash devs are in jail. Roman Storm's trial is soon. Samouri wallet devs are in jail. The Netherlands convicted a dev for writing software. Roger Ver is facing extradition and a 109 year sentence. The FBI and DOJ could easily report to President Trump a list of cryptocurrency targets and I bet that list would be quite longer than the couple names I listed.
TLDR; Great work Mr. President. Please check on a couple extra agencies if you want to help keep the FBI and DOJ focused on getting bad guys.
I don't think people realize that PulseChain is one of the highest volume chains in the world for decentralized exchange volume (DEX). Today it's top 5 on the best stats site I can find. It's funny when other founders try to make fun of the chain beating them. Or sad. Not sure.
Oh and PulseChain has millions of dollars of free coins waiting for Ethereum users. Perhaps go check your address and see if you have free coins waiting for you? https://t.co/RibU10muBE
Oh, and the volume actually benefits some holders, not just market makers. Because of the buy and burn function people run.
It's PulseChain, PulseX, INC, HEX, they're just built better. Measurably.
I raised $27 million dollars fo medical research to try and save your life. @VitalikButerin gave millions to the same charity (https://t.co/ewhv4SRtD8). I wrote free self help books to try and save your life. (sciVive, Fix the World). I founded a project that went up 1,000,000% in price with perfect, flawless operation for 5+ years now, it was free for Bitcoin holders.
I founded a blockchain which has operated flawlessly since launch. There's millions of dollars of free coins on it for holders of coins on Ethereum. I called the BTC price top accurately a couple cycles. I installed bidets for my mom and showed you how. I grew up poor and having been working my whole life to make the world a better place.
The people that insult me and lie about me have done none of things for you, or for themselves. They defame me, cheer on attacks against me, but they know nothing about me, because they don't want to know, they feel that the more people know about me, the better things I founded will do and the worse things they founded will do. Their defamation is targeted and purposeful. The haters feel there's profit for them in lying to you.
If writing self help books, publishing self help videos, raising tens of millions for medical research, and creating flawlessly functioning free things with 100s of thousands of users can't get good words said about you, what's left? What more can I do?
Win. And keep winning. All the defamation and censorship hasn't stopped me, and won't stop me. I will make this world a better place, no matter what it takes. I owe it to my ancestors. I owe it to future generations. I owe it to myself. We're blessed with a wonderful opportunity. We stand on the backs of giants, we need only harness the power we've been given. Our path is true and honest and our goals are noble. Perhaps our path is more difficult because our calling is higher.
There's magic in making one less car than the market wants. The most expensive cars in the world are the most rare. Coins can learn from this. No new PLSX can ever be minted. Every single day more PLSX is burnt forever. Some other coins have mechanics which can reduce inflation or increase burning. Ethereum has EIP-1559 for instance, PulseChain has that and 25% less base inflation per block to start with. HEX has time locking. Nobody likes inflation. Except perhaps those minting it for themselves.
Food for thought: When things are tied to other things, if the other things become more rare... Heart's law.
Yummy, more food for thought. Increasing demand can go farther than reducing supply, but why not both? They compound each other. Higher price, more volume, more burn, better chart, more demand... again and again. How do you think Cryptocurrency got to Trillions of dollars of market cap? 4 of 5 of those last things.
Price isn't the best indicator of a coin's quality. If it were, then Bitcoin and ETH dropping 95% occasionally would've have meant they sucked. In fact they were amazing, and 2 of the best performing assets of all time. Unfortunately quite many coins do actually suck, and occasionally the price down action matches their intrinsic sucktitude.
Germany dumped billions. GOX released billions. Numerous bankruptcies ate hundreds of millions in legal fees and dumped/dispersed billions. That likely also caused a lot of taxable events that wouldn't have otherwise happened. A rare bunch of liquidity events in short succession doesn't speak to the quality and function of real cryptocurrency.
You see a lot of people quite upset, including me, that prices aren't giving the constant dopamine of all time highs, as is so often the 4 year cyclical case. Maybe those times are just around the corner, volatility is the price you pay for the world's best performing asset.
TLDR; Price up, people think anything is good, price down people think anything is bad; in reality, price discovery is a messy process and things' real value is hard to ascertain.
#Bitcoin Not financial advice.

I am fighting the SEC for your rights. 11 of my lawyers filed this today. Ironically, today, the SEC's twitter account was hacked and a fraudulent message was posted. The blockchain literally solves exactly this problem. The SEC is attacking the very tech that it needs. Cryptographically verifiable authentication, proof and publication. Blockchains are the first and only immutable public ledger communications technology. Open source, peer to peer software. Millions of people use blockchains to publish pictures, text, messages, literature and more every day. Technology is the future. We pray to the courts to defend the constitution and your rights. #Bitcoin
When you sign as an officer of a company, instead of personally, your company acts as a shield. For some reason SEC operatives like to speak NOT on the behalf of the SEC. Which I figure means they're speaking on behalf of themselves. So when someone prejudges nearly all cryptos to be securities, it sounds like tortious interference to me, and has a real world measurable affect on markets, which sounds like damages to me. The duality of working hard to get rid of your qualified immunity shield and speak NOT on behalf of an agency always seemed risky for SEC employees to be doing.
I do wonder what countries might bring charges against people acting outside their authority and outside their qualified immunity for tortious interference and market manipulation. Perhaps even libel and slander.
I'm not a lawyer though, nor professional of any kind, so who cares what I think lol.
PulseChain is better than #Bitcoin.
Better for the environment
40,000x cheaper transactions
750,000,000x cheaper per unit
4.5x higher throughput
On chain exchanges
Smart contracts
Bridge
32M PLS only costs $1760, which lets you be a full validator, no pool needed.

TLDR; PulseChain is Faster, cheaper, has more features and more potential.
PulseChain is better technology than Bitcoin.
