Transformers New Legends Gigastorm has Megastorm as the Headmaster for the Gigascouter.

So it's likely that we will see Gigastorm transfer over to the Gigascouter body.

This Headmaster might possibly his true body inside of the Gigastorm mech as he slots into the mouth.

The New Legends Terastorm's gimmick of being a Megatron-lookalike piloting a giant armor is a reference to Gigastorm Armor from Transformers Collector's Club comic, where Gigastorm is an armor controlled by Megatron. Which in turn was a reference to the BW2 character himself.
