(3) If you get an e-mail that appears to come from one of the above organisations, but seems a bit suspicious, you can forward it to [email protected].

(2) No reputable organisation would ask you to reply to an e-mail with any financial or login details, so that's a dead giveaway that the e-mail isn't genuine. If you're not sure, then it's best not to click on any links or buttons in an e-mail.

(1) What's a Phishing e-mail? In short it's an e-mail trying to get you to give away some personal info, whether that's login details, credit card or bank info. According to Action Fraud, the most common phishing e-mails appear to come from the NHS, HMRC or Gov UK.

I'll be having a few odd days off during July, so as always, it's best to phone us before you make a trip to the office just to make sure someone's there. We'll be closed on Thursday afternoon this week, and reduced hours on Friday as Graham is coming up from Bucks to cover.

@bt_uk Client having problems with e-mail service since yesterday am, but can't get through on phone. Can't access on PC x2, phone or webmail - is the mail server down?

Disgraceful service from @Parcel2Go and @Hermesparcels - sent parcel fully insured, box arrived empty. Not been able to speak to anyone, no response to case and e-mails bounced back from Parcel2go - Hermes declining all responsibility as the order placed via 3rd party.

What is the point of offering insurance if there is no way to claim on it? Terrible service from Parcel2go and no way to speak to a human being, not even via their Facebook messenger. FB page full of complaints from similarly disgruntled customers.

We have one customer missing a laptop, we are out £700 despite sending fully insured, and packaged better than the original manufacturer had packaged it - both outer and inner box & wrapping had been opened then delivered empty.
