@notaxation I normally wouldn't reach out on twitter, but have heard any reports of sony not willing to replace the midnight black dualsense controllers with stick drift? mine is roughly 45 days old with 20 or so hours of game time and sony told me to kick rocks.

@PlayStation I have a brand new midnight black dualsense that is experiencing stick drift at approx 20 hours use and 45 hrs out of the box. Is there any reason you won't stand behind your product and replace it?

I wasn't placed into the phone queue. I was disconnected after being told you were too busy to take my call. I have a brand new controller with stick drift, and now this awful customer service. I need to have my controller replaced.

@streamlabs For alerts, the font list changes, for some reason. It doesn't allow the use of system fonts. I already have this font installed. It works in non alerts.

Also - for some reason, the CCS @import function doesn't seem to work for overriding font presets in alerts. Any help?

@streamlabs why don't all google fonts show as available for use? Bebas Neue in particular.
