When MTV Base brought Khuli Chana to Ghana 🇬🇭 for a project, I was part of the team that worked with him. We took him to meet King Sark at JaySo’s studio in Tema.

Chana played a beat for Sark because he wanted Sark to feature on the project. He actually told us that one of the main reasons he brought the project to Ghana was because he wanted King Sark on it.

Sark listened to the beat and delivered a wild verse that had Khuli Chana genuinely amazed. But later, Sark said he felt Edem and E.L. could smash 💥 the beat even harder, and suggested that Chana contact them.

At the time, Chana didn’t even know Edem, but Sark hyped Edem so much that I was honestly surprised. I was there and witnessed everything!

Eventually, Chana was disappointed because Sark’s verse was taken off the track, and Sark later contributed an intro instead.

Patoranking, VVIP, E.L., Victoria Kimani, Okyeame Kwame, Bob Pixel (photographer), and DJ Toyor the plug between Ghanaian and Nigerian acts were all part of the team around the project.

This is one of the reasons I always find it difficult when I see Edem throwing shots at King Sark. I personally witnessed Sark speak so highly of Edem and recommend him for that project. He could easily have kept the opportunity for himself, but instead, he was bigging Edem up and genuinely believed Edem could do even better on the beat.

I was there. I saw it happen.

Breaking News : A police officer has appealed to the Inspector-General of Police (IGP) to investigate alleged corruption and criminal conduct involving some officers at the Mataheko and Odorkor Police Barracks.

The officer, identified as General Lance Corporal Nicholas Oheneampong Kissi, Service No. 43818, made the allegations in a video sighted by Daily View Gh.

Kissi claimed that some colleagues he described as “hardened criminals” had made it difficult for him to perform his duties after he allegedly stood against wrongdoing. He further alleged that he was physically attacked, claiming one officer slapped him twice, scratched his skin and tore his uniform.

He also made a serious allegation against the current Station Officer, claiming that, based on intelligence he received, the officer was allegedly selling ammunition to armed robbers

Kissi has called for an audit and thorough investigation to establish the truth behind the allegations
