WARNING! Kling AI has cut off service to more than 100 confirmed people, including me, for up to 5 days so far, and didn't even try to give an explanation until yesterday. The one paragraph explanation, devoid of any apology, is cryptic and not convincing. They had us all change our passwords, and then still did nothing, and no update. The problem probably affects hundreds of users, all paid subscribers with older accounts. I would not say that the customer service has been poor, because there hasn't been any.
