The biggest cornballs of all are usually people who have survived more loss, tragedy and trauma than anyone and that’s me speaking from experience. Nobody was being “funny” about anything there. Sometimes when you feel things more deeply than most words fail where gifs don’t. If you’ve lived it enough you get no words do it justice and the cliches frequently just make it worse.

I have MCAS which is closely relaed to (ans frequently comorbid with) POTS . So does my youngest daughter. My oldest daughter has POTS. I also have fibromyalgia, ADHD, etc and all of them amp up the effects of each other. You might wheel yourself in to get checked for MCAS too. None of my doctors figured me and my complicated crap-ola out. I did. My son is actually going to the ER as i type this because some fool at work left a large truck running in their shop without proper ventilation today and he’s feeling a lt of adverse effects from that on top of where he was already so sick i was alreafy telling him to go in. He’s chronically adverse to getting help. (Avoidadant anxiety) im an intuitive healer, medical medium and holustic practioner and a strong believer in integrated medicine. As I tell him (and everyone else), you can’t afford to syicknyour head in the sand or be lax or lazy in any way about gettimg help and doing your own research because even when you do go in you have to fight tooth and nail to get help and to find docs who care and know what theyre doing. There’s actually a derogatory term they use in the medlcal field to dismiss women trying to get care. I don’t recall it right now but it exists. Gaslighting women and disnising tgem as hysterical is a real problem with many studies and, as with any form of gaslighting, it can greatly exacerbate symptoms especially when it comes to stress related, caused and exacerbated disorders like mine making it worse to try at times than not. I’ve had to take frequent breaks from bothering because of it but it requires persistence on the whole and fighting for yoursepf and your loved ones. I advocate for others a lit because having one more person in there fighting with you and bearing witness can be a real game changer. Everyone would benefit from a well informed buddy system.

You’re deliberately misconstruing what people are taking exception to because you can’t really defend your position on it. I’m having surgery to have my gallbladder removed any day now. I’m an ADULT having a medically necessary surgery. Nobody has a problem with that for a reason. I don’t care what ADULTS do to their own bodies and more power to them if it makes them happy, but it’s not ok to do that for children who have not reached an age of medical and other kinds of consent for not having matured or experienced enough to make informed decisions. I don’t even think it’s right to genitally mutilate boys by circumcising them unless it’s medically necessary. It’s so demeaning to males to act like they can’t learn to WASH themselves properly so they’re tied down at birth and get their foreskins cut off and without anesthesia. Males have foreskins for a REASON. It’s either that or, even worse, a hack mohel who sucks their penis afterwards. Boys do not have equal protection from non consensual genital mutilating under the law. That’s just insane and wrong and it doesn’t matter how many idiots are doing the wrong thing hiding behind whatever rationalizations they come up with, wrong is wrong is wrong. It’s absolutely appropriate and necessary to wait until they’re adults to let them make that big a decision. My kid identifies as an ice cream monster and would eat it nonstop if I let her but she doesn’t get the negative consequences that come with it including body modification to morbid obesity. Kids have parents for a reason. I also don’t see trans people as men or women. They have their own, distinct and separate gender and need to self accept in that instead of trying to be something it’s IMPOSSIBLE to be. Those insisting it be otherwise are trying to transfer their dysphoria to the rest of us like a communicable disease and logic virus in mass consensus. Delusion to that extreme makes everyone crazy and it’s gaslighting whether you’re bent enough to ageee or ok with if or not. Forcing people to lie is not ok and tolerance, inclusion and acceptance has to go all ways. If I were gay I wouldn’t disrespect a Christian by asking them to make a gay cake and I wouldn’t expect a gay person to make cakes for their haters. Extreme crap like this on one end just validates the extremes on the other end. I’m a genuine progressive and independent and I don’t have a dog in politics. You gotta wait until you’re 16 to drive, 18 to smoke and 21 to drink. Gender reassignment ECLIPSES all of that as a permanently life altering decision that is paramount to a form of SUICIDE. It as a no brainer that space needs to be held for them to mature more especially when so many adults who have undergone sex changes have deep regrets about going through with it. Besides, as one person who ended up getting a reverse operation said, it wasn’t worth everything else he lost in transitioning to female. All of that is a persona. As he put it, it’s absolutely not easy being a woman in a man’s world and it fundamentally undermined his happiness levels in every part of his life to live as a woman. The obsession they experience causes tunnel vision. For the same reason so many gay people vote republican, the bottom line is there’s more to all of us and life than our genitalia and sexual preferences. Adults can even navigate this crap and STILL get slapped with all kinds of 20/20 hindsight. Most adults can’t even navigate basic crap considered to be more age appropriate for them like adulthng in general, careers, finances, relationships and sex. It’s absurd to expect kids to but at least if they wait it was left up to them and their parents didn’t fail to hold space as adults with them as kids. Nothing says permissive parenting like letting your immature kid decide to chop their bits off. FFS! People who can’t get that aren’t mature enough to weigh in. Childhood is a rites of passage based, in part, on our gender including trans people. That’s ok

It as an unfortunate situation for Israel and Palestine both based on things that are so nonsensical and ridiculous as to make their differences irreconcilable. Rational resolutions aren’t possible when disagreements are rooted in fundamentally irrational and zealous positions and mentalities. No people or country has a right to put the security of the entire planet at risk or to be fomenting so much hatred, toxicity, bickering and bad energy based on their own backwards and selfish BS. They’re BOTH wrong. Palestine has been a nation of refugees for generations and they would have been have been far off relocating to places that would welcome them and be more of a real home and chance for them. That’s generations of people who have never had a real chance but it’s largely based on their own stubbornness. They’re the ones choosing to stay there despite all that instead of getting a clue and picking a struggle. When places are that miserable and inhospitable most people in their right minds just pick up and move and go where they shine. Even if they feel torn they at least do it for their children instead of hanging around waiting for them to be killed. You can save or help people who won’t save or help themselves and it’s too far gone when you stubbornly insist your kids grow up in a warzone. I’m as big on heritage and homelands as it gets but thise things live in all of us wherever we go. Just because you take a Palestinian out of Palestine doesn’t mean you take the Palestinian out of the Palestinian. Wh we’ren that’s all you’ve ever known you’re not really making informed decisions. Nobody in their right minds wants to move there which is usually a pretty good indicator that it’s not a good place to live or stay in. They have no healthy sense of self preservation and they’re as guilty of doing this to themselves because of all that. It’s like classic victim mentality. Besides, it’s like the gambler. You gotta know when to hold em & fold em, & when to walk away and when to RUN! They’re generations past the point of time to run. Imagine what their lives could be now if they had. I completely disagree with your position on this. Drugs are a definite act of terrorism and warfare on humanity and the death penalty is absolutely fair for dealers. They are deadly and permanently disabling and destroy far more people than the people who are callous and idiot enough to do them. You can chalk it up to attrition and natural selection for users, if you will, but you can’t say the same of all the people they destroy and drag down with them. If I was out there doing crap to endanger the lives of others is not only expect to be shot down, but I hope someone WOULD. I agree. He takes blood thinners and some of them cause SIGNIFICANT bruising especially when shaking that many hands. Drugs like Coumadin/warfarin cause it. My dad was on it and it’s a dead ringer for that because of the cover up and changes in texture to skin. I have to take Eliquis for chronic veinous insufficiency and proclivity to clot caused by an inherited genetic mutation called factor 5 Leiden. I take Eliquis instead and it does t have that negative effect. You couldn’t unless I was cut badly, in a bad accident or bled out on an operating table and if recommendations are followed it can perhaps lessen quality of life but not lifespan. I’m a genuine progressive and independent and I’m AWAKE and you’re 100% correct. No amount of hubris and sanctimonious ignorance can cover up how awful they’re behaving under the guise of scapegoating him.

Im not MAGA. Im a genuine progressive and independent and Trump has to take blood thinners just like me and my dad before me. Around 50 to 60 million Americans use at least one type of blood thinner. This broad category includes the millions who take low-dose, over-the-counter aspirin, as well as those on prescription anticoagulants. Some of them can cause SIGNIFICANT, chronic bruising. He’s probably taking what my dad did, which is Coumadin/warfarin. That’s one of the negative effects. It made my dad’s skin bruise like crazy and made it paper thin as such that it looked like the texture of skin on Trump’s hand. It would be made worse by shaking tons of hands. I take Eliquis. It doesn’t cause that. You have to be a real jerk to say crap like that about people with disabilities or medical issues so better to be him than people who would. It can cause significant bruising all over the skin because it can cause bleeding under the skin, etc. Some blood thinners have that negative effect. My dad’s body was covered with them from taking Coumadin for CVI and clotting from factor 5 Leiden, a genetic mutation. He’d long gone and it makes me sad for him to this day. I inherited both from him (frequently comorbid) and after developing a significant DVT during pregnancy and CVI as a result of that I’ll have to take blood thinners for the rest of my life too. I take Eliquis instead because it doesn’t have those negative effects. I think Trump is simply using concealer to cover up the spots blood thinners can cause. As long as he keeps taking them, following recommendations and avoids accidents, his life span will not be affected by any of that. I’m a genuine progressive and independent and it’s atrocious to make fun of people for medical issues and disabilities. The left would do well to ponder what Nietzche meant when he said "He who fights with monsters should take care lest he thereby become a monster. The only reason any of this is a thing because so many trans women are acting on toxic masculinity. The only reason that’s getting pushed so hard is it’s about biological men’s needs and desires taking precedence over women’s . Vaping is absolutely not worse than smoking. There’s no definitive proof that vaping with the right vape and juice even has negative effects. Situations that have indicated others are frequently forms of disinformation and things that don’t actually apply to vaping as a WHOLE but rather limited circumstances. Additionally, both vaping and smoking can be highly effective medicinal delivery systems. In fact they’re basically a different form of inhaler and some of the oldest and most effective lung remedies are ones they’d actually smoke or administer by one person smoking it then blowing it into an affected person’s face for them to inhale. That said smoking is absolutely worse and dry vaping, which baked whatever plant you’re inhaling instead of burning it is the best way to do it while also being far more economical. Nicotine is actually medicinal as well. Stories that fuel misinformation about things like popcorn lung are due to isolated parameters. Popcorn lung was only caused by a popcorn flavored vape juice which is WHY it was called that and it’s the only vape juice that did that. Some flavors are more likely to be problematic as is some models of capes. Otherwise people are inappropriately conflating information to tar all vaping with the same brush and that’s factually inaccurate.

No it isn’t and there’s no definitive proof that vaping with the right equipment and right vape juice is bad for you. The tobacco companies are largely behind a lot of the disinformation and scare tactics getting out out there for obvious reasons. Moreover both dry vaping and smoking can be used as a medicinal delivery system including with things that cure serious lung problems. They’re basically a form of inhalers
