One problem existing doesn’t invalidate action on another. This is not even gvt thing.

@barkervogues The level of taxation in the UK is far higher than what people pay in Ghana. If Ghana were to impose taxes at the same level as the UK, many people simply wouldn't be able to survive. So I don't think it's a fair comparison to make.
