@RoyalMailHelp What’s going on? For an entire week we’ve tried to have something re-delivered, and it never comes. Online it says delivery has been attempted but no paper slip and everyone has been home + a note on the door etc: terrible terrible service.

After I forced myself into a cell w/ women&began speaking to them, one of them described their treatment at the hands of officers as “psychological warfare” - waking them at odd hours for no reason, calling them wh*res, etc.

@vueling My flight to Barcelona was 4hr delayed, original flight back to London (yesterday) was delayed, new flight today back ALSO delayed. 1st time flying with U, and certainly the last. Get it together. Terrible, terrible, even for a budget airline.
