@Reagan_Airport hate to be that person, but I saw a little mouse in the “Inside the Brew ___” shop at B terminal. It ran from under the drinks fridge and then underneath the staff door. I didn’t want to tell the poor cashier in case I freaked her out at 5am. 🙂

Stuart, ticket inspector, 15.35 train from Greenock central to Glasgow. Top man. Made me laugh when I was having a bad day. Give that man a pat on the back (or a monetary reward). 5 star customer service in a 5 minute conversation.

@mcgillswest need to update your app. The 906 and 901 no longer go down by George square (bus stop beside Greggs) and I’ve stood here for 45 mins like a fud. Pls fix this so it doesn’t happen to someone else

@snapchatsupport I cancelled my Snapchat annual plan and you charged me for it twice. I was charged a total of £67.98 for the annual plan which is £33.99. Wtf? Who can I contact to get my money back?

@mcgillswest was just told that my boyfriend (who doesn’t have X) got on a 901 at 18:30 (3/2/24) at Gourock and was denied entry onto the bus with chips. Never happened to me or my friends in the years I’ve been using services. Was told he either had to bin the food or walk (1)

(3) is completely unacceptable. No bus driver should be treating someone this way especially in this economy. Please fix this issue. This is the second time I’ve had to issue a complaint recently about your buses however, this one is more discriminatory in my opinion.

(2) He was also spoken down to by an older gent. My boyfriend is 19 and has never caused trouble on a bus. I get that it’s Saturday night and a lot of issues happen, but he is struggling with money and to make him bin food that he has just paid for with the little cash he has

@mcgillswest your 517 service is absolutely shocking. I’ve been waiting at branchton for an hour only for the only active bus to be “not in service” yet still go up the route (according to the app). Do better.
