Payout update 🚨: As you guys know, on 31st July I requested my $3000 payout from my @QtFunded $50k instant funded account, but then I received an email from the risk team stating my account was breached for breaking the max 2% risk per trade rule. I was honestly shocked because I've been super careful with that rule — all of my trades were always under 1% risk.

I reached out to @stoictrader08 here on X, and he helped me escalate my issue with the head of the risk team. They told me there was a stoploss modification 100 pips away from the initial SL. When I saw the risk chart, it was clear my risk was under 0.6% all the time, but then one sudden modification pushed it above 2%, triggering the breach.

At first, I couldn't understand why it happened. Then I realised — I intended to trail my SL in profit, but because of a misclick between 0 and 1, I accidentally set my SL to 171.950 instead of 170.950 when my trade was already running in 0.4% profit. That's what caused the sudden breach.

I immediately reached out to the CEO @AlexQuantTekel and explained everything clearly, telling him how it was completely unintentional and moving the SL 100 pips away when I was already in profit is the last thing I'd ever do. I've been careful with all rules from day one, and this was simply a mistake on my part.

Even though technically it was a breach, Alex saw the full context and decided on the most ethical resolution by reinstating my account and only removing the profits from the flagged trade, instead of cancelling my payout entirely.

This is exactly how I hoped an ethical CEO would handle it. It shows QTfunded stands for fairness, even when a rule gets technically triggered. Mistakes happen, but this resolution kept things professional as well as ethical.

This is why I've been recommending @QtFunded since day one and will continue to do so.

Big thanks again to @AlexQuantTekel for doing the right thing, and really appreciate @stoictrader08 for his help in getting this resolved. 🙏❤️
