After almost 20yrs as an @O2 customer I will shortly be moving to a new provider. The preorder experience for the iPhone 17 on Friday was the last straw. After trying for 7hrs with o2 I was able to preorder for release day with another provider in under a minute. And to top it off I’ll save £20 a month for the same contract

Looks like @O2 are trying to drive away their customers. Been trying for hours to upgrade my phone, have the new phone in my basket but have been unable to access it since the website crashed earlier. I’ll be buying my new phone elsewhere now
