@oratory1990 @crinacle I own one! It definitely does sound quite similar to 009, and just like 009 it requires EQ, especially in the mids. The ES1a achieves a better bass response on my head, however.

@ResolveReviews @oratory1990 @AKGaudio Corrugations like that are generally to decrease non-linearity of the suspension as the driver excurses. Both to make it more symmetrical and to make it more linear across the cone travel. For a more extreme non-headphone example see the purifi PTT4/PTT6.5

So I've been playing HS again for the first time in like 2 years. Got legend with this absolute meme of a deck. This deck is literally unbeatable for most decks if you highroll but can lose to anything if you lowroll. Winrate was 63%. THIS DECK IS BAD BUT FUN. Use at own risk :)

@ThomerioHS Hearthstone has been actively fucking over competitive play since its inception. They've actively halted complex decks that give the players more agency and have created systems that reward players who can afford (in both time and money) to go to tournaments. It's just sad really

@TengsEsport @TeegsHS I think there are 60 2-drops in standard. First roll can be either cho or mana wraith (2/60) while second roll has to be the one you didn't get (1/60) (1/30)*(1/60)=0.05555% so roughly speaking 1 in 2000 chance :)
