As Trump arrives at the Doral resort ahead of his arraignment tomorrow on charges surrounding Violations of the Espionage Act and Obstruction of Justice, let's all take a moment to agree on something.

Trump deserves a fair trial, and it appears as though a trial in Miami in front of a Trump-appointed Judge and the 11th Circuit which consists of multiple Trump-appointed judges, will make it hard to argue that he won't get a fair trial.

Miami is pretty neutral when it comes the electorate, so the jury base should be pretty fair.

I believe we should all be willing to allow the legal process to play out. If he's found guilty, we should accept it. If he's found innocent, we should accept it.

If a future Democrat breaks the law and there is enough evidence to bring charges, to the point where prosecutors believe they can get a conviction, those charges should be brought as well.

Can we at least unify around that?
