Another bombshell: "The system has failed."

No. The system hasn't failed. The people who hijacked it have failed the system. Have destroyed it.

A parliamentary democracy stands on one foundation: the people's mandate. That's why we hold elections. When elections are rigged and the mandate is stolen, those without public legitimacy inevitably drive the country down the abyss.

Imprisoning @ImranKhanPTI, the leader millions trust and replacing the people's choice with a corrupt, fascist, elite rule is not a failure of the system. It is the subversion of the system.

Pakistan's parliamentary system has not failed. It has been repeatedly undermined by the establishment since 1977, denying the people the right to let their chosen representatives govern.

People of Pakistan: Don't be distracted by this debate. It is political chaff, designed to divert attention from the real issues: the destruction of the economy, the erosion of constitutional rule, political repression, killings and the imprisonment of thousands whose only "crime" was demanding that their vote be respected.

Our demands are clear:

• Restore the Constitution.
• Repeal the 26th and 27th Constitutional Amendments.
• #ReleaseImranKhan
• Hold Free and fair elections now, with EVMs, we trust neither you, the ECP nor a manual ballot.

Usurpers, looters, killers, stop blaming the system. Accept that you have destroyed it.
Forget our dignified people, even the "cockroaches" are coming for you now.

نیا جال لائے پرانے شکاری: پاکستان بننے کی صرف 3 سال بعد غازیِ ملت اور بانیِ کشمیر کا خطاب پانے والے صدرِ ریاست سردار ابراہیم کو برطرف کر دیا کیونکہ "مرکز" ان سے ناراض ہو گیا تھا۔ عوام نے اس فیصلے کو نہیں مانا، دو سال میں 4 صدور بنائے گئے لیکن حالات خراب ہی رہے۔ آزاد کشمیر کے اہلکاروں نے عوام پر گولی چلانے سے انکار کیا تو پھر ریاست نے پنجاب اور سرحد سے فوجی و پولیس اہلکار بھیجے۔ بیانیہ وہی اختیار کیا گیا جو آج بھی ہے۔ سردار ابراہیم کا سدھن قبیلہ مسلمانوں اور مسلمانوں کی ریاست کے خلاف ہے۔ تاریخ کی کتابوں میں اسے Sudhan vs Muslim بیانیہ لکھا گیا۔ شائد اس وقت غیر ملکی سازش اور فارن فنڈنگ کی اصطلاحات ریاست کے عالی دماغوں نے نہیں سوچی تھیں۔ 1947 میں ڈوگرہ راج اور بھارت کے خلاف جدوجہد کرنے والوں پر گولی چلی، لوگ مارے گئے یہاں تک کہ گھروں کو جلایا گیا تاکہ "امن" قائم کیا جا سکے۔ پلندری ڈسٹربنس سپیشل ٹربیونل ایکٹ بنا کر "مجرموں" کو قرار واقعی سزا دی گئی۔ جاتے جاتے حبیب جالب کا ایک شعر کہ

وہ کہہ رہے ہیں محبت نہیں وطن سے مجھے
سکھا رہے ہیں محبت مشین گن سے مجھے۔۔۔

گلگت بلتستان کی جنت نظیر وادی بشو ویلی کے شفاف پانی میں جیپیں اور گاڑیاں چلانا کسی بہادری یا شوق کی بات نہیں، بلکہ اس قدرتی حسن اور پینے کے صاف پانی کو آلودہ کرنے کے مترادف ہے۔
یہ پانی صرف ایک منظر نہیں، بلکہ مقامی لوگوں، جنگلی حیات اور آنے والی نسلوں کی امانت ہے۔ چند لمحوں کی ویڈیو یا تفریح کے لیے اس قدرتی ماحول کو نقصان پہنچانا کسی بھی ذمہ دار سیاح کا رویہ نہیں ہو سکتا۔
خدارا! گلگت بلتستان آئیں، اس کی خوبصورتی سے لطف اٹھائیں، مگر اس کی حفاظت بھی کریں۔ اپنی یادیں ساتھ لے جائیں، لیکن یہاں کی فطرت کو نقصان نہ پہنچائیں۔
قدرت ہماری امانت ہے، آئیے مل کر اس کی حفاظت کریں۔ 💚
