@joeroganhq@DrSeanOMara prescribes a "living carnivore diet" were the only plants you consume have been fermented. This provides healthy gut bacteria and is The Way.
@Mappy6984 If he were to do a water fast, the induced autophagy would quite literally consume the excess skin returning it to proper proportions with his shaped up body.

@NgoloTesla@Getmypopcorn I used Berkey filtered water for that test but I can see what happens when using distilled. It would be nice to obtain some of that pH sensitive dye that Pollack used in his experiments to really see what is going on in some of these charging methods.
@NgoloTesla@Getmypopcorn Yes, negative electrode under the beaker of water. I get indication of highest potential from this setup. The scope registers around -2000 volts from touching the probe to the water with no ground reference and a neon bulb discharge illuminates the most from this charging.
@NgoloTesla@Getmypopcorn All one would need is a HV negative applied to the outside of the jar and the water inside will remain negative. I actually got higher potential in my water from an external negative electrode alone vs the HV glass beaker schematic shown in the book.
@cynthia_hert@Theragem1@lavanaz@Jaime34ma This is nothing more than the difference between Google Earth (round map) and Google Maps (flat map). See links
