@BandQ Hello, just wondering if the timber cutting service you offer allows me to take the top of my dressing table to get cut to size or is it only wood purchased from your stores that can get cut down? Thank you

[Cat @Goldielocksx]

@houseoffraser It’s no problem, all has been sorted now, thank you 😊

[Cat @Goldielocksx]

@Hermesparcels hi Hermes, please can you advise how I find out more about my parcel that was due to be delivered on Saturday when Holly doesn’t allow you to get in contact with customer service? Thanks

[Cat @Goldielocksx]

@Hermesparcels genuinely have never received such shocking customer service. Next day delivery parcel due last week and STILL no update! Oh and it had also originally been delivered to the wrong address!

[Cat @Goldielocksx]

@Hermesparcels PLEASE can someone come back to me?! This service is an absolute joke!

[Cat @Goldielocksx]

@Hermesparcels hello, how can I get in touch with Hermes about my parcel being delivered to the wrong address? Thank you

[Cat @Goldielocksx]

@Hermesparcels PLEASE can someone get back in touch with me?!

[Cat @Goldielocksx]

@Hermesparcels hello, two days in a row I have received confirmation of delivery for the same parcel but have not received it. I have tried to call Hermes but as the tracking says it’s delivered I cannot speak to anyone. I am very frustrated with this service. Please someone help

[Cat @Goldielocksx]

Hello, I have DMd a few hours ago and no one has come back to me, please can someone help me

[Cat @Goldielocksx]

@ASOS_HeretoHelp hi ASOS, I am expecting a parcel from @Hermesparcels which I’ve been told the last 2 days has been delivered and it hasn’t. Hermes have advised I need to contact ASOS for help. Thanks so much x

[Cat @Goldielocksx]

@LydiaEmillen I’m in the UK and the likes are gone for me xx

[Cat @Goldielocksx]

@LookfantasticCS @lookfantastic Thank you so much, I have sent an email via your website but not sure if it’s better on here, I’ll pop you a DM now x

[Cat @Goldielocksx]

Hi @lookfantastic what is the best way to get in touch with someone regarding wrong advertisement of an item on your website which I have ordered and need to return? Thank you x

[Cat @Goldielocksx]

@ColourPopCo hi Colourpop, how do I get in touch regarding an order? Thank you xo

The feeling of waiting to do a big @cultbeauty order but desperate for the new @NARSCosmetics Matte Bronzers to come in stock first 😫 #tooimpatient

[Cat @Goldielocksx]

@Hermesparcels hey, are you able to track a parcel for me? Your online tracker appears to be down and I can’t track my @cultbeauty order. Thank you x

[Cat @Goldielocksx]

@LydiaEmillen Thinking of your mum ❤️ My husband does the same and I’m pregnant so constantly worried about the chance of us getting the virus. Hope your friends both had a safe and healthy birth xx

[Cat @Goldielocksx]

@LydiaEmillen Yes I’ve heard this too xx

[Cat @Goldielocksx]

@Hermesparcels please can someone get in touch with me as there is a problem with a delivery, my parcel was due to be delivered 3 days ago. Thank you
