Very disappointed with @HarryRamsdensUK in #bournemouth today. Was there at 11.40, but doors closed. Called to say what time do you open, told 11.30, when I said I was outside was told not open until 11.45 as they had a big order. Then told 12.10 then gave up at 12.25☹️

@santanderukhelp Hello, thanks for your reply. All of the interactions over the chatbot including the last one ended with the statement around the envelopes would be delivered in 7-days. I can connect phone to the chatbot my problem is it doesn't seem to have been actioned properly. I will call.
