$GXS.V. Announces filing of Management Information Circular for Special Meeting of Securityholders to approve arrangement w/ Mako Mining. Meeting materials also available at https://t.co/2Vic04Q1TF and under GXS’ profile on https://t.co/CXRinq0fG5. See NR https://t.co/SHxy5sXUFx
@AAGresearch Site-level AISC were published in Jan 16, 2024 NR and inputs to calculation shown in Table 7. While AISC is detailed in the NR, the PEA Report does not. The Report does, however, detail all components used to derive site-level AISC (total cash costs + sustaining capex).

A pleasure hosting senior officials at our Eagle Mtn #Gold Project this week, incl #Guyana’s Minister of Natural Resources Mr. Bharrat, Minister of Amerindian Affairs Ms. Campbell-Sukhai and from Guyana Geology & Mines Commission Mr. Ramdas (Mines Manager) and Mr. Manoo. $GXS.V.
Goldsource drillers uncovered some cool old bottles this week. While we have a dry camp at Eagle Mtn, 100% sure the old timers guzzled many. No markings, but we know Anaconda British Guiana on site in 1940’s, but bottle shape suggests older (1890s?). Happy Friday, all! $GXS.V
2/Negative, extensive sapro = scarcity of fresh outcrops -> geological detail difficult to confirm until sampled. While historical mapping replete w/ "guesstimates", verification can yield nice surprises in under-explored areas (e.g. N Zion 600m from Eagle). Photo: rare outcrop.
1/Trenching a useful tool at Eagle Mtn in Guyana as we test new areas for Au. Here’s a before/after of a Jul/23 trench. Positive w/ saprolite is that trenching is fast & inexpensive. A 2 m deep trench can be cleared, excavated & sampled at 1-2m intervals in a couple days. $GXS.V
High Commissioner for Canada in Guyana, Mark Berman, hosted a Canada Day Celebration in Georgetown last night. Fantastic event w/ strong ties between Guyana & Canada in focus. President Ali was in attendance as were business leaders, dignitaries & Cdn cos, incl Goldsource $gxs.v
This positive trajectory (direction and rate of change) relative to many other mining jurisdictions is noteworthy. These factors should help Guyana land on the radar screens of mining cos (large & small). The geology was always of interest. These other factors are key. $GXS.V
Secretary of State, Blinken, visited #Guyana on Jul 5. We got a good look at this billboard while stuck behind his motorcade. W/ a world-leading GDP in ’22 (oil driven) & influx of foreign investment for infrastructure, Guyana has landed squarely on radar screens of many nations.
