I logged a service claim with @FirstAmWarranty for HVAC issues on 7/5. I’m sitting here in my 80+ degree house on 7/29 and the contractor shows up with the wrong part. Horrible communication and no resolution. Please help @JustinGrayWSB or @BBBAtlanta

@BFW Do you take patience of the administration into consideration here? If I’m a coach, there’s a lot more appealing openings than Auburn, who will make up an affair to run you out of town after a year+. I’d rather go somewhere that will support the vision for a few years at least.
