Imagine a world w/o Facebook. Much like this one. Surreal. But really was the reality around the early 2000's. Back when the internet was mostly for the young and able. Back when me, my cousin and friends binge a lot of stickdeath[dot]com. Surreal
Today was a reeeaally exhausting day. Parenting, DIY automotive, chores, "husbanding" . . and on top of that I woke up with very tired legs and knees from last night's run. Never thought the unrelenting, stubborn *ss I'm built off of would almost tap out.

If there's one thing I'm failing at as an adult, it's social media. And that could be a good thing or a bad thing.
By failing I mean being active and post regularly. Good for my mental health, but bad for business or staying relevant. Lol! π»
Such small numbers compared to my 2018-2020 training log, but considering the circumstances surrounding me (i.e., work, family, injury, etc.), this is such a huge feat.
