Yesterday I went to send a letter to the big post office. The guy told me that I needed a stamp (logically) and I asked him if he could sell me one. His answer: you need to go to the supermarket to buy one and come back. WTF. THIS WAS IN THE POST OFFICE.

Today I had a really good gym session. For a lot of people will be nothing, but for me it’s an amazing improvement:
60kg hip thrusts
60kg squads
50kg dead lifts
(I was barely able to squad the naked bar couple of months ago)
