🚧 The San Juan Creek Bridge Replacement Project reached a new milestone! Crews have finished removing the 109-year-old railroad bridge in San Juan Capistrano, following the transition of rail service to the new bridge last October. Construction will now continue as crews build the foundation for a potential future bridge. OCTA continues to deliver reliable time-savings on the 405 and 91 Express Lanes, with strong usage seen through the last quarter of 2025. The 405 EL saw 18.5 million transactions and 4.7 million trips for the quarter, while the 91 EL recorded 5.5 million trips.

The OCTA Bikeways Connectivity Study identifies streets with excess capacity that could accommodate protected bike lanes without impacting traffic flow. Protected bike lanes make it safer and more convenient to bike in Orange County. The Cruise the Loop event, hosted by OCTA and the City of Costa Mesa, gave the community an opportunity to experience what riding in a protected bike lane would be like along a portion of Mesa Verde Drive East.
