@Awk20000 I can agree on his comment, this is his choice, anybody who has a life behind the long streams tend to not share it if they feel its unimportant to the content they provide to their viewers.

Some people just prefer privacy over sharing every life details beyond the stream.

I also want this to be clear: I'm not against Edgy content, but the repeat offenders vs those who are following the vague rules, needs to change. There is no longer an excuse for even I to stay on Twitch, and others should follow through at this point.

Twitch may be massive, but this is a clear concept that their business follows small short-lived monetization (Which will harm the long-term in Amazon's view) over the fact that VTubers, Streamers of Edgy Humor, are blindly trying to walk through mines, struggling both with VTuber Models to follow ToS with their commissioners/Artists, and the factor that Edgy Streamers are having hard times with many Vague wording about what joke and humor they can specifically say out loud without hurting anyone (Friends, Viewers, etc).

Twitch really doesn't have a clue that they should be at this point with these futile Bans... Deduct any future subscriber revenues, and advertisement revenue to the Platform itself, from the whole 50/50 to 15/85 (85 going to Twitch) as punishment for violating ToS too many times.

There is no excuse for the whole "We need them for the Revenue". If that were the case, You'd demonetize bad faith Streamers with a penalty of loss of Ad Revenue and Subscription Revenue for a set time frame for violations of repeated actions. Instead of wasting time banning these bad actors then Unbanning them. This creates the concept of "Demonetization" for bad actors to follow standards or lose their Revenue. And any "Donations" outside platform will VIOLATE the Demonetization punishment, resulting in a Realistic Permanent ban hammer.

It'll be both Canadian and US Law involved, since a Dispute between both Laws. So under jurisdiction both Lawyers of their native country have to also reference their rulings (If the rules of Copyright have different wording/phrasing, or additional rules) to come to conclusions.

Even as a Immigrant, you're not exactly just following Under Canadian Copyright Law, you also follow US Copyright Law for reference due to origin of Content being under US Law.

Ive met a person who has Tourette, "Insanity" or such erratic behavior on a Tourette is a muscle and vocal impulse that sometimes you cannot control, you can fight and muscle resist it, but your body will still keep trying to push the muscle out because the body can only restrain so much from the mental disability.

If the Insanity was indeed horrific, CPS wouldve already placed a restraining order and place the children to a safer home. However, this was proven false by any means by the CPS agents.

So this poop eating accusation were true, the kids would've been sick since the poop would have very horrible bacteria of food junk from the animals. Let alone Parasites that could be living inside it if the Dogs were not checked (Most cases for Ethan he probably had already treated the Dogs for parasites when he addopted them)

This is just personal knowledge from how the country has handled some cases.

With both being sadly incorrect with both reasonings, I'd side with neither on this matter, without the inherit risks of going against morals and laws around these studies to deeper insight, and a Men in Black Levels memory wipe to individuals mentally and physically harmed in these studies.

We have no way elaborate with facts. and it won't happen until 50 to 200+ years in the future where we discover clear as day knowledge to these arguments
