It is a form of selfishness to think that it is only you that feels low while giving everyone a lot of attitude...
You don’t even know how we survive on a daily with broken backs
People don't care "too much" about how hard people struggle to succeed, that's why when they end up succeeding they don't care "too much" about what people think.
I used to spend weeks building before talking to a single potential customer.
Here's what I was doing wrong:
❌ Obsessing over the design
❌ Perfecting features nobody asked for
❌ Building in isolation
❌ Assuming I knew what customers wanted
❌ Treating launch day like validation
I thought if I built something great, people would come. They didn't.
Here's what I'm doing now:
✅ Talking to potential users first
✅ Testing demand before building
✅ Creating simple landing pages
✅ Collecting feedback early
✅ Measuring interest before investing time and money
The biggest lesson:
- Validation isn't about proving your idea is good.
- It's about finding out if anyone cares before you build.
- The fastest way to waste 6 months is building the wrong thing.
- The fastest way to build something valuable is listening before creating.
Every failed idea has taught me this lesson. Build less. Validate more.
What do you all think?
A drunk policeman shot me at a checkpoint in 2011.
The bullet tore through my car, through my right hand.
I lost my career as an animator. My marriage cracked. My mind still bleeds.
The twist?
I sued the Nigeria Police. Won in 2015.
Judge said: "Pay his medical bills."
10 years later. Zero naira.
I face permanent disability without help.

My job as a creative is simple 🥹😌
Spot a problem.
Understand it.
Find a solution.
That's why I can't look at a weak brand, confusing flyer, or poor customer experience without thinking of ways to improve it 🤭♥️
It's becoming second nature at this point.
