@davidabbottbris For me I am learning that my rage is, at least in part, a manifestatipn of my grief, sadness and depression. All these seem to rampage through me and out holding hands. I note the rate and try to learn from it but I don't think it serves me well

@jacqui_shepherd That's it in a nutshell - the need to look beyond the behaviour and see the stress. I am having to do exactly that with builders at the moment. One of them is an excellent model for quiet support of colleagues when they are feeling the pressure
