When this number dips down to 5% in this future due to gentrification/immigration we can just drop the name chinatown right? Or are you just my enemy?

@KuraiTenshi2012@AlexanderPayton I just bulked and then cut from 225 to 195 at 5’10 on 2250 then 2000 calories when it stalled a bit, while being active and lifting I promise you I understand.
@AlexanderPayton I’m a peater so I have a lot of carbs but I’m very active at work, and off work so I’m in good shape. She and many others are not, she may walk 2k steps a day to my 15k. Having a boring fake job, could make the eating habits worse too.This person and many could benefit from Reta.
@AlexanderPayton I think you’re overshooting those calories, but regardless those portion sizes are large for a sedentary fat person. Eating a meat stick because you “missed your 2pm meal” what do you mean missed your 2pm meal? You just ate at 11 o clock and have been sitting since.
