So now, the excuse that @FordService is giving me is that the person that handles warranty claims is in the hospital. Sad to hear that, but is my vehicle supposed to sit in the service center for the rest of the year until the person comes back to work?
Wow @Ford ! My #FordFlex has been in #FordService over 125 days on 4 occasions since Feb 2019. Still the same issue with no resolution in sight.

@FordService Apparently, @FordService is not taking my complaint seriously. Obviously, the reason I escalated this concern is because I am NOT getting any details from the Service Center at the dealership. Telling me to call the Service Center at the dealership is NOT a resolution!
