@TBFurnishers so, after many years of being a loyal customer, my dad goes in to buy a new vacuum cleaner, only to find out that their pensioners discount was under my mother’s name…who, sadly, passed away 2 weeks ago!! Really? Sometimes compassion trumps process! #poor
@HSBC_UAE just opened an account with you and did a local transfer 3 days ago which isn’t reflecting yet…Chat Bot says 1 day to reflect, first agent said 2 and now I’ve been told 4 by another! My NBD local transfers are typically same day! Not a great customer experience!
