Today we had United Way Read Across America volunteers come read for our students. The Teachers and students enjoyed the lovely book read. Great Community Collaboration we look forward to more collaborations with United Way and East Hartford Public Schools.

On Thursday November 7th, United Way hosted Read for the Record here at @GoodwinGator . Volunteers came in to read to our students. Our students enjoyed the eventful reading and we were glad to have the volunteers. Thank you @unitedwayinc United Way.

Yesterday Goodwin School provided Kindergarten Olympics. A way for our kindergarten students to showcase their Fine and Gross Motor skills. Parents and students had a very good time.

Yesterday we had our 2019-2020 Kindergarten Orientation. Goodwin Families received an introduction of what a day in the life for a Kindergarten student. The Kindergarten students enjoyed a bus ride, our new students are ready for the school year.

On Thursday May 30th Goodwin's students, parent's and teachers participated in a school Planting day. Each class came out to plant their own vegetables or fruits. It was a lovely day!

Friday night on the Red Carpet was Goodwin Elementary School Spring Dance. The PTO did an awesome job. Look at our students don't they look Awesome.
