@Uber please contact me regarding an unauthorized charge to my card for an Uber One Membership. I was finally able to cancel the charge, but can't get the money refunded on this unauthorized charge.
I lost an heirloom necklace with a gold pendant on UA2202 yesterday from Chicago to Houston. It fell off while I was on the plane and I didn’t realize it. I was originally in seat 10F but switched seats to 11F. Says JDA Queen on front & 1931 on back

@Sonos it’s unbelievable that you don’t have LIVE customer service on weekends, especially considering the run around your customers are getting because of the poorly executed update. We deserve better.
@Wayfair I am now following @Wayfair and when I click on what I think is the DM box, it takes me to your virtual assistant. How do I email you directly? And I don't want to email customer service via the wayfair website as that's gotten me absolutely no where fast.

@thechicks Good for @thechicks for realizing their fans deserve the full concert experience. Unfortunately, when this happened in Houston w @Imaginedragons back in Aug of 2018, they didn’t afford this same courtesy.

@CenterPoint. Need assistance! I live in a new home that is part of a 6 home dev & have learned that our meter is tied to the vacant house next door and that meter is tied to our account. Need meters switched ASAP as getting nowhere w customer service.
