But for the common people - When they go to Taluka office, Revenue Inspector asking for bribe, Drivers license bribe at RTO, Plot/Flat registration bribe at Sub-registrator office, Traffic constable/Police asking for bribe matters most..

That is POS - Point of Service.. Please take action against officials asking for bribe..
