Big Pharma is secretly “ghostwriting” articles in top medical and oncology journals to trick doctors into buying their drugs.

Here’s how the scam works:

They bankroll specialized medical-writing firms to ghostwrite studies that look rigorous and independent.

Next, they recruit well-known physicians and academics, dangling prestige, speaking fees, and career advancement in exchange for simply putting their names on the finished product.

Once these ghostwritten articles appear in elite journals, everyday doctors read them as gospel. They prescribe accordingly, convinced the data is real.

The result? Billions in extra drug sales… while patients are exposed to treatments whose risks and benefits have been carefully engineered on paper.

And ladies and gentleman, this is exactly how it has been done. Medical ghostwriting has been in play for decades.

I suspect that this is EXACTLY how the infamous Mandeep Mehra was gifted his first authorship on the fraudulent LANCET article in May of 2020. It was completely fabricated by Surgisphere alleging 96,000 patients with COVID treated with hydroxychloroquine (HCQ) - a feat that was impossible by anyone in just 5 months. It was necessary to villainize HCQ in order to invoke the EUA.

I also suspect that the infamous SHIMABUKURO article in New England journal of medicine in April 2021 pushing the safety of COVID vaccines in pregnancy was also ghostwritten.

By eliminating junior roles, each company is acting totally rationally, and the collective result: a profession that can't catch AI's mistakes anymore because it never learned to do the work in the first place

The intellectual case against Marxism was won more than a century ago. The most rigorous and devastating blows came from the Austrian School of economics – but the strange part is that hardly anyone is taught the winning arguments.

Carl Menger’s subjective theory of value, developed in the 1870s, undermined the labour theory of value on which Marx built his entire system. Eugen von Böhm-Bawerk then delivered a systematic demolition of Marx’s economics, exposing the contradictions in the theory of surplus value and the so-called transformation problem. Ludwig von Mises went further still, demonstrating that rational economic calculation is impossible under socialism because without private property and market prices there is no way to allocate resources efficiently. Friedrich Hayek later extended this into the knowledge problem: the information required to run a complex economy is dispersed and cannot be centralised. And Murray Rothbard showed how Marx misunderstood the nature of capitalism by replacing voluntary exchange and entrepreneurial creation with a false theory of exploitation based on labour value and class conflict.

These were not minor objections. They struck at the theoretical foundations of Marxism and, in the case of Mises and Hayek, correctly predicted the chronic waste, shortages, and eventual collapse of socialist economies. History confirmed their arguments on a civilisational scale.

Yet in universities, media and political debate, these critiques remain marginal. Marx is still widely taught as a serious economist and social theorist. His errors are softened, historicised, or treated as interesting starting points. The Austrian responses are rarely given equal weight. Students can pass through entire programmes in the social sciences without encountering Böhm-Bawerk’s critique or Mises’s calculation argument in any depth.

This neglect is not accidental. It reflects a deeper intellectual preference for theories that pathologise markets and legitimise expanded state power. The result is a public discourse that continues to recycle Marxist categories long after their economic foundations were shown to be unsound. The cost of that selective memory is still being paid.

Eine KI durchsucht seit 2021 das Netz nach mutmaßlich rechtswidrigen Äußerungen. Sie heißt KIVI. Und sie hat gerade ein Problem bekommen: Post.

Entwickelt wurde KIVI im Auftrag der Landesmedienanstalt NRW, finanziert von der Staatskanzlei NRW, gebaut von der Condat AG. Das Tool durchforstet in mehreren Sprachen soziale Medien und Webseiten. Was für relevant gehalten wird, geht an Polizei und Verfassungsschutz. Inzwischen nutzen alle Landesmedienanstalten das Programm.

Halten wir kurz fest, was das heißt: Behörden, die niemand von uns bestellt hat und die aus dem Rundfunkbeitrag bezahlt werden, betreiben KI-gestützte Rasterfahndung im öffentlichen Meinungsraum und leisten Zuarbeit für Sicherheitsbehörden. Die Rechtsgrundlage? Bleibt auffällig vage – man verweist auf Beobachtungspflichten aus Medienstaatsvertrag, JMStV und Landesmediengesetzen. Parallel dazu prüfen dieselben Anstalten, ob sich alternative Medien an das halten, was sie für journalistische Sorgfaltspflichten halten. Bei Nichtgefallen drohen Kostennoten und Verfahren. Die Verfassungsmäßigkeit von §19 MStV ist unter dem Aspekt der Meinungsfreiheit umstritten – aus gutem Grund.

Betroffen ist damit im Grunde jeder, der sich im Netz öffentlich äußert.

Nun hat Norbert Häring am 2. Juli bei der für ihn zuständigen Landesmedienanstalt Hessen nach Art. 15 DSGVO Auskunft verlangt: Welche Daten wurden erfasst, woher, zu welchem Zweck, auf welcher Rechtsgrundlage, wie lange gespeichert, an wen weitergegeben – Condat AG, andere Anstalten, Verfassungsschutz, Polizei, Staatsanwaltschaft? Gab es Profiling oder automatisierte Entscheidungen?

Die Antwort vom 30. Juli ist die eigentliche Nachricht: Die Monatsfrist reiche nicht, man brauche zwei Monate länger. Begründung: die Vielzahl der DSGVO-Anfragen zu KIVI und die Komplexität, weil das Tool gemeinsam genutzt wird und Rechte Dritter zu berücksichtigen sind. Bearbeitet werden die Anfragen offenbar von der Condat AG – also vom Entwickler, als kostenpflichtiger Dienstleister.

Und hier wird es hübsch: Der Anteil der Landesmedienanstalten am Rundfunkbeitrag ist fest gedeckelt. Jeder Euro, der in die Beantwortung von Auskunftsersuchen fließt, steht nicht mehr für Schikanen gegen Blogger und für Schnüffeldienste zur Verfügung. Die vermeintliche Effizienz einer gemeinsamen Zensur-KI fällt ihren Betreibern gerade auf die Füße.

Wir würden selbstverständlich niemandem nahelegen, sein völlig legales, in Art. 15 DSGVO verbrieftes Recht auf Auskunft bei der für ihn zuständigen Landesmedienanstalt in Anspruch zu nehmen. Ein formloser Brief genügt, die Adressen stehen frei im Netz, eine Antwortfrist läuft automatisch. Rein hypothetisch natürlich.

Aber man stelle sich einmal vor, es täten es sehr viele. Sehr sehr viele.
