Logan Stankoven is out here ripping apart the Stanley Cup Playoffs as a 5-foot-8 centre.
And we’re still going to watch teams convince themselves Viggo Björck is too small to draft early.
Very proud to have played any role in this!
Big thanks to @jordanmalette who does amazing work and @PuckPreps for having me on board this season.

@mcclusk No worries! I’m glad to hear, it was kinda wild how similar many of the clips are!
I’ve been on the Carels train basically all season so I’m a little extra sensitive about him lol
“Easy points” but most of these showcase good qualities of Carson Carels.
He is able to bait opposing defenders and throw deceptive passes to an open man on the wing for a one-timer.
In no way is this a negative attribute. #2026NHLDraft
Watching tape on Carson Carels… might want to get Kooper Gizowski a gift basket if he’s selected in the top 5. Easy points.
Gizowski’s 21 - not sure what his plans are after junior. D1? Haven’t seen the rest of his game, but looks like he has a future on a powerplay somewhere.
He’s also a defenceman, putting him top five solely for his production is silly. I would also venture to guess that most people who rate Carels highly are doing so for reasons other than his total points.
If you watch Carels enough, you would know that he is not just a PP merchant. Yes, a good chunk of his production came from there but he is creating high end offence at 5v5 too.
I agree with most of this thread.
There is some puck luck involved as well with Marner and the core failing to get it done but like OP said, there was definitrly a psychological/mental element to it that is undeniable if you watched the games.
I think what everyone should understand is that this version (Playoff Conn Smythe Candidate) of Marner was never available in Toronto for a few reasons. 🧵
1. Toronto never truly built a quality team around Marner & it put immense pressure on him (and the core 4) to be the guy
Comparables can be useful but I personally prefer using a projection based around a role or line fit rather than a straight “Player X’s comp is Player Y”
hot take I guess but draft comparables are great if they're done well. not everyone has the time to watch a bunch of games of every prospect and read thousands of words about them
@Post2PostShow Have not seen the videos in a long time but I used to love watching you both years ago when I discovered the channel. I am very sorry for your loss, my sincerest condolences to you and your family❤️🙏🏻
