I'm an agency owner.
Right now I'm documenting every step of marketing our first SaaS product - Klarist.
Zero experience marketing a SaaS. Zero playbook. Just figuring it out live.
Every day I'm sharing:
β What we're doing
β What's working
β What's failing
β What I'm learning about SaaS marketing
This account is my public learning log.
If you want to sell a SaaS or digital product and want to watch someone figure it out in real time (with real wins and real mistakes), follow along.
We built Klarist for agency owners, freelancers, consultants, creators & growing teams who want to finally see their real profit - per client, per employee, and per project.

@orvi_onethread These are the real challenges in my new SAAS,
We're chasing $12K Revenue in just 60 days.
Our pricing is $10/mo. We need 334 paid users (40% annual / 60% monthly)
@melvinrey83400@ledevultime $300 β $5K in a year is the real flex π₯
Genuinely curious - how do you keep your X bio MRR updated? Are you manually editing it every week, or did you crack the code on auto-syncing from Stripe?
@eliana_jordan Most people arenβt actually managing 4 apps well β theyβre just spread thin and burning out.
The real unlock is knowing which ones are actually profitable before you pour marketing into them.
Building a SaaS that solves your own problem:
Step 1: Notice something annoying in your workflow
Step 2: Hack together a solution that works for you
Step 3: Realize others have the same pain
Step 4: Package it and find your people
Step 5: Make the sale
That's it. That's the formula.
Stop waiting for the perfect idea - your daily frustrations are literally product opportunities sitting in front of you.
@Joi2James Because I got tired of trading time for money in my agency
Wanted to build something that could scale without me being the bottleneck every single time
As a young founder the best advice you can take seriously..
One day you will be an old founder and building nothing in your old age is painful..
So make sure you ship something real while you still have the energy to do it
In my agency days, I thought it was about the revenue.
Building @Klarist_App , I realized it was about the product.
Now I know it's about the problem you're obsessed with solving.
