“World for Christ” in Ukraine is filming a new video segment on the Gypsy people, many of whom live in the Carpathian mountains. Ongoing translation work of the Bible is continuing for the five dialects of the Gypsy language. We are involved in this project to reach the gypsies.

@ChrisHowles A third possibility is the church is weakening. It is losing its edge for missions’s engagement. Possibly the emerging global church, outside the West, is becoming the new power source for global missions (or the Great Commission).
@ChrisHowles Chris, thanks for your question. You are correct that it might be because we are using different language, but the effect is the same. That would be good news. It might also be that the American church has spent several decades on domestic church planting, over foreign works.
