G. Owen Wears

I write books. I read them too.

@GoldAIDragon I would watch this version of the film.

@NovaNekura Good imagery is good imagery, regardless of how it was made. The sacred cow of "art" is such a tedious dog whistle for online grievance mongers.

@RMBee @ThatChrisGore @mypalal Respectfully, I've not seen this.

@japan_nobunaga Disband the UN. The US can keep on eye on the Western Hemisphere, Japan and Korea can keep an eye on the Asia-Pacific rim. We'll help with that too. Once Germany gets its head out of its ass, it can keep an eye on Europe.

In celebration of spooky season, I've revised and re-issed this fun little horror story. It's FREE if you subscribe to KDP, or just 99 pennies.

@japan_nobunaga I'm not sure if the South Park characters make this more or less brutal...

I post a link to a short story on Facebook. Comment asks who did the cover. I explain it is a mashup of human and AI work. Commenter acts like a twat and tosses out insults. I go to commenter's page. Commenter has shit CG goblin as a banner image. Oh, the irony.

@MadamSavvy @rawsalerts Oh no, a tool that does amazing things and can make life better for millions! Let's boycott it because we're butthurt it can do a few select things better than we can.

[G. Owen Wears @GOwenWears616]

@pureMetatron Savages!

[G. Owen Wears @GOwenWears616]

@japan_nobunaga Because we're all drug addicts.

[G. Owen Wears @GOwenWears616]

This little book I wrote under a pseudonym and began serializing a decade ago has had a bit of a resurgence of late. Last month it accounted for the majority of my KDP pages read. This month is looking pretty good as well.

@DB_Rook Yeah, that paragraph is cool as hell.

[G. Owen Wears @GOwenWears616]

@japan_nobunaga It only work in freight elevators that take an extra long for doors to close on their own.

[G. Owen Wears @GOwenWears616]

Here's a bit of wisdom for those who might need it: The existence of AI does not preclude you from writing or making art. Create using whatever tools you wish to use. Whether you can monetize said art or writing is another discussion entirely.

[G. Owen Wears @GOwenWears616]

@japan_nobunaga Naw. We sent our armies to Europe and to east Asia when shit got out of hand. We will do it again if need be, even if we're fighting on our soil as well.

[G. Owen Wears @GOwenWears616]

@kangminlee Gheeeeey!

[G. Owen Wears @GOwenWears616]

@RobSchneider Are surprised? We are not.

[G. Owen Wears @GOwenWears616]

@MadamSavvy @somethingBurgur They wish they were twats, but they haven't got any, you know, twats.

[G. Owen Wears @GOwenWears616]

@kangminlee NOOOOOOO!!!!
