A heartwarming moment where a stranger patiently connects with an abandoned stray dog who didn't trust humans. Calm, kindness, and love ultimately prevail.

[Blonde of War (JJ) @BlondeOfWar]

This couple lives in a camper in Baja, Mexico, and rescues stray dogs. They bring the worst to be treated in animal hospitals if needed, but some end up joining their own pack.

This girl was struggling to walk. They found out from a local man that she had been hit by a car about 2 months earlier and he said it was more than ok for them to take her with them to help her. Even though they didn't feel ready to take on a case like hers, they knew they couldn't give up on her, because she hadn't given up. She joined their pack that day! 🥹

A veteran who had spent three years searching for his former military dog had no idea he was walking past him in a shelter hallway until 85 pounds of determination came through the gate.

Shelter security tootage from kennel 7, captured at 3:47 AM. His name is Teddy.
He's 8 weeks old. He was found in a cardboard box on the side of the highway with his siblings - he was the only one who survived.
When he arrived at the shelter, he wouldn't stop crying for his mother. A volunteer gave him an old donated teddy bear. He hasn't let go of it since.
Every night, the camera catches him doing the same thing - checking she's still there, nuzzling into her chest, licking her face. He thinks the bear is his mother.
Nobody has the heart to tell him otherwise.
If Teddy moved you, please share him.
Somewhere out there is the family he's bern waiting for…
