6,960 meals for seniors in one day 🧡 Thank you, @nationalgrid, for spending Hunger Action Day packing groceries with us. We're so grateful for partners who show up for our neighbors.
On Hunger Action Day, our team joined the Greater Boston Food Bank as part of our Week of Service, helping pack grocery bags for seniors across the region. Together, we handled more than 8,000 pounds of food and helped make 6,960 meals possible.
We also partnered with the Greater Boston Food Bank to share multilingual information about gas meter changes, helping connect customers with important resources.
Thank you for having us, and thank you to the Greater Boston Food Bank for all you do to support our communities every day. 💙@Gr8BosFoodBank
