When you watch Fauda Season 5, don't forget Matan.
Matan Meir was a producer of Netflix's Fauda and was killed by Hamas in Gaza.
He was 38 years old.
Lior Raz describes him as a most beloved man, with a heart of gold.
May his memory be a blessing.
This lady in Scotland, Morgan, became an unusual heroine earlier this year when she sang a Hebrew song with full gusto. She had stumbled into a global minefield, the most toxic row on earth. But all the Palestine flags didn’t put her off. She revelled in the adoration and invitations to Friday night dinners and to Israel. And she’s still singing.
A college student in Texas broke his wrist and ordered an Uber instead of an ambulance because of the cost.
His driver refused payment, stayed with him at the hospital for 6 hours, and missed a day of work so he wouldn’t be alone.
7 years later, they’re still friends. ❤️
While the world watches the war, the Islamic Republic of Iran hanged a 19-year-old boy today.
His name is Erfan Esfandiari and he was his parents' only child.
He did not kill anyone. He did not carry a weapon. His crime, according to the Islamic Republic, was opening a door. Sheltering protesters who were running from security forces. That was enough to send him to the gallows.
Erfan was one of 12 young men in the Alikhani Square case in Isfahan, arrested during the January 2026 uprising. Yesterday, all 12 were moved to quarantine. Today, the Islamic Republic hanged him.
This is a government that is so terrified of a generation that refuses to be silent, that it executes teenagers for the act of compassion.
Say his name. Because the regime is already trying to erase him. Because his mother and father are left with nothing, not even the right to grieve loudly.
