Hi @northernassist quick question re delay repay. Advance singles for 1745 LDS-SHF & 18:47 SHF-NOT. First train cancelled boarded 17:38 - heavily delayed by fault on the train in front. Should have arrived Notts at 19:40 arrived at 20:38 surely I am eligible for delay repay?

@EastMidRailway Thanks, it was the paths at the northern end of the station from Tesco express to the side entrance / exit point and if the footbridge is closed in the evening more people will be walking up towards the main entrance near coop and Costa
