Happy sixtieth anniversary to my parents! Sixty years of love, laughter, and sacrifice. Their courage to move to Los Angeles fifty years ago is a testament to their unwavering love for their family and I am thankful for them and this great City.

I will tackle homelessness at its root causes. Affordable housing is not enough. The city needs to offer more effective wraparound services that address mental health, addiction, and employment guidance. Let's implement lasting solutions to keep people off the streets longterm.

I'm thankful for the opportunity to better connect with our CD10 community. My supporter Carlos hosted a meet & greet this past weekend, where he introduced me to his neighbors and I learned about the issues that matter to them.
