If you search Exarcheia, Athens, online you’ll get a lot of information about anarchy and violence. Lot’s of people will tell you not to visit - it’s not safe and too grimy.

This is nonsense. And all of this noise is drowning out one of the most wonderful stories and experiences the neighbourhood has to offer - it’s INCREDIBLE amount of bookstores.
