@marksandspencer Thanks so much for closing down our local branch, then not delivering my parcel on time when I paid extra for nominated delivery! Customer service is getting worse and worse!!
@wesstreeting ED’s are on their arse! By introducing ‘urgent’ care centres, you go in, get triaged, then get an appointment to go back up in 3/4/5 hours! All in the name of stats. Shambles!!!
@TicketmasterUK really is a waste of space. Needed 3 tickets, 4 tickets in a row but I can’t have them as it leaves a spare seat. YET there are empty single seats dotted around the stadium. MAKE IT MAKE SENSE!!
Hopefully this post will prompt @nextofficial to deal with my complaint seeing as I can’t WhatsApp even after 8, and chat doesn’t work. 4 instances of diabolical customer service over the last 12 months!
If someone posts the most unhinged feedback on your Facebook with screenshots of private messages and lies that are proven to be so, don’t expect @eBay_UK to help you out. The most shambolic customer service I’ve ever come across!!
