@SubwayUK The rewards card scanner at the Birmingham Broadway Plaza shop hasn't been working for months. At this point I think they're saying it's broken so you can't use points to pay for a sub. Also they add the 10p bag charge onto every order even if they don't give you a bag.

@ODEONHelp I've had the email about myLimitless plus which says that with Plus you don't need to pay extra for iSense. Does that also apply to Dolby screens? There is one at Birmingham Broadway Plaza that we have to pay extra for currently. I assume this is included as well?
