@LBlack02160513 It is unfortunate that it has to come to this. A bad take for municipalities, but a power in the municipal act none the less. Growth comes at a cost, and with urban areas taking over, particularly in S. Ontario, you’ll see more and more of this in the coming years. #MGMT0180
