@matty_prasad Some of the "cities" are the size of a postage stamp. Peppermint Grove, one of the wealthiest, has a pop of 1,700.

The bollards have been damaged 3 times in a month!
Will be replaced again today.
They will also installing more CCTV soon to identify offenders.

@macilree Agreed there needs to be congestion charging on top, but it seems that would be better separate. I hate the idea of a govt GPS tracker but I don't mind cameras on busy routes.
