Big news from Grafton Resources!
We are excited to introduce our newest high potential Caldera silver copper gold antimony project in the Pedernal district of Valparaíso Region, Chile.
This creates a consolidated land package featuring 3.8 km of undrilled vein trends exposed in continuous outcrop within a well known epithermal district close to the active El Bronce mine.
Key Highlights:
🔘10 newly staked concessions totaling 2100 hectares that cover mineralized veins and strong alteration zones
🔘Historical samples returned up to 4.0 g/t gold, 300 g/t silver, and 12.4 percent copper with no modern drill testing
🔘Low elevation setting with year round access and strong structural continuity from producing operations
🔘Definitive agreements now completed on the Silver One concessions to unify the entire package
Chairman Campbell Smyth commented: “By leveraging proprietary in country expertise, Grafton Resources has secured licences over highly prospective vein systems that are known to host high grade mineralization but never subjected to systematic modern exploration. We are excited to establish a highly prospective land position on strike from an existing operating mine.”
Our geological team is already onsite conducting reconnaissance and resampling. We look forward to sharing results as they become available.
This advancement strengthens our Chile portfolio and aligns perfectly with our strategy of building quality assets in top tier mining jurisdictions. We remain focused on responsible exploration and delivering value for our shareholders.

Copper price talk is loud. The 20+ year structural story is quieter:
— Mature industry
— Few quality discoveries
— Cheap deposits already mined
— Environmental & social friction
Quality discoveries with near-term production potential outperform.
Capital at risk, not advice.

Grafton is pleased to announce the commencement of an 80 line-kilometre heliborne MobileMT geophysical survey at its Alicahue Gold-Copper Project in Valparaíso, Chile.
Conducted by Expert Geophysics Surveys Inc., the survey covers the entire project area and is expected to complete rapidly (within one day), with interpreted results anticipated in March 2026.
Using advanced MobileMT (magnetotelluric) technology—combined with complementary VLF-EM data—the survey aims to map subsurface geologic structures, alteration halos, lithologies, faults, contacts, and potential mineral systems to depths of 1-2 km. It is particularly effective for detecting electrically conductive sulphides linked to mineralized porphyry centres and resistive bodies indicative of intrusions.
This work will provide a 3D image of the project, helping to trace possible porphyry centres in the southeast concession, vector toward origins of IOCG vein systems, and identify feeder zones for mapped gold and copper vein mineralization.
Chairman Campbell Smyth commented: "We expect the Mobile MT data will provide a three-dimensional image of the Alicahue Project area. We hope the survey will assist us in tracing the outline of a possible porphyry centre in the southeast concession. Further we hope the survey helps us to vector towards the origin of the IOCG vein systems and possible feeder zones to gold and copper vein mineralization mapped in the area. MobileMT is known for identifying areas of electrically conductive sulphides potentially linked to mineralized porphyry intrusive centres, and resistive bodies representative of intrusions."
This survey represents a key step in advancing exploration at Alicahue as Grafton continues to unlock the project's gold-copper potential in Chile's prolific Paleogene metallogenic belt.

Grafton Resources Announces Letter of Intent to Acquire Silver One Project in Chile
Grafton is pleased to announce that the Company has entered into a non-binding letter of intent with Asesorias e Inversiones Sol SpA pursuant to which the Company proposes to acquire a direct 100% interest in the Silver One project.
Highlights
🔘Potentially high-grade silver-copper veins as waste dump vein material averages 296 g/t Ag and 2.6% Cu.
🔘Historic mining district hosts many Au-Ag-Cu epithermal vein systems.
🔘Silver One Project hosts an undrilled and open-ended mineralizing system.
Campbell Smyth, Chairman, commented: “Silver One offers the opportunity to explore a high-grade silver-copper target that is uniquely well suited for development. The project is located in a well-established mining area and Silver One has the potential to be the next high-grade Ag-Cu deposit in this district.
Grafton now has two ideally located projects in a premier mining jurisdiction. There is a global shortage of silver and copper assets with good grade, clean metallurgy and simple geometry. We plan to drill Silver One in the second half of 2026 and are currently building up our local exploration team. Silver One is also accessed from the same logistical hub as the recently signed Alicahue Copper project offering further logistical synergies.”
Merlin Marr-Johnson, Technical Advisor, commented: “Silver grades of almost 300 g/t in the waste material are highly encouraging. The hope is that the primary material is even higher grade. The high tenor of the target, coupled with good access means that significant value can be created within a compact package.”
